Our prep goes as follows. we pre-rinse and follow up with in iron remover, iron remover is a special product that has the chemical ability to help remove Iron(III)oxide particles from your vehicle's paintwork without the need to do so mechanically. When the Iron Remover hits your paint, it loosens up these particles and allows you to easily and safely rinse them off. Perform a two bucket method wash soap is applied with a foam cannon with a ph balanced snow foam with good slickness to reduce scratches with the contact wash followed after. The tires are scrubbed and stripped of any old tire dressings, rims are cleaned with a non-acidic based wheel cleaner, wheel barrels are done. Wheels are dried and dressing is applied. After the wash we use a clay bar, Clay bar is essentially used to remove the grunge from your car's paint surface, so that you can see a clear, bright finish. After claying your car's surface, the most noticeable benefit your car encounters is that of slickness and smoothness. Using a clay bar definitely makes waxing easier and more effective. Wax glides on and buffs off with ease with a super slick finish. After the clay bar process a one stage polish is don't to the paint to remove and scratches and Swirls leaving a glass mirror finish. Then all painted surfaces are sprayed with a paint surface preparation solution to clean paint surfaces prior to application of automotive coatings, this is to remove any left over compound from the polishing process. At this point we're are good to start installing the System X ceramic coating of choice to the paint or glass.
